Creative Authentic Vinyasa

You will learn integrative, modern-day yoga anatomy, which will not only inspire your own practice, but keep your students safely flowing through unique sequences blending the the philosophies of different styles of yoga.
Meditation + Pranayama
There is so much more to a yoga practice than physical postures; tap into your energy and spiritual self through meditation and breath. Learn how to integrate non-denominal meditation, breathwork, and mudras into your classes as well as your personal practice.
Yoga as Medicine
Yoga heals. Not just asana, but all parts of yoga: meditation, pranayama, self inquiry, etc. In this training you will learn how yoga, as a whole, can support the healing of common illness and disease, including but not limited to cancer, diabetes, MS, depression and more.
