During your Aerial Yoga Teacher Training, you will:

Develop the necessary skills to lead your own Aerial Yoga class through our MSYI Power Teaching Techniques.

Learn the core foundations and principles of Aerial Yoga. Learn how to sequence your aerial yoga class, including transition postures and themed classes on Goddesses, Chakras and use of essential oils.

How to offer modifications, special considerations, creating dynamic flows and how how to set your silk safely.
