The Multi Barre Teacher Training is for certified 200-Hour Yoga Teachers and Certified Fitness Experts who want to deepen their teaching tools, OR to deepen their knowledge of movement and their own physical body.


Multi Barre is a blend of movements from pilates, weight training, common stretches, and a variety of core exercises.


This is a complete full body workout, with focus on building long and lean muscles, with the incorporation of optimum postural alignment, which is key in muscle isolation and strength building without injury.

Typically our Multi Barre Trainings run for 4 days, with 10 hours per day, approximately 7 AM to 5 PM.

During your classroom hours, you will cover MSYI's Multi Barre curriculum, and put your knowledge into practice with the experience of the Multi Barre Postures. After all, practice makes perfect (perfection = acceptance)!   

Days are long, please bring what you need for the days, including food, beverages and clothing.
