"My YTT experience with Hali Love was transformational. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience that is awe-inspiring. She leads by example and brings her truest self forward in every moment. In this course, I discovered the importance of self-love and healing through emotional expression and communication. With Hali’s close guidance, I explored yoga beyond just the physical practice and learned how to realign my mind, body, and soul. I also benefited from the reflection and class discussions which deepened my understanding of each lesson. Hali takes the time to connect with every student and she challenged me through exactly what I needed to learn, grow, and flourish. I am so very grateful for this experience with Hali and Multi-Style Yoga. Thank you :) - Josie"
"Training with Multi style yoga was a game changer for me in my life! Hali and Rhoni are amazing women with hearts full of love for yoga and all their students. I truly believe their vulnerability to share and the love for what they do is the reason that Multi style yoga has the tribe and energy that it has. From self inquiry, alignment based asana, meditation, chanting and yoga philosophy, I learned to not only lead multiple styles of classes, but I made connections and friends that will last a life time. "I have completed two yoga teacher trainings with Multi Style Yoga and Hali Love. My experience with Hali is beyond words. I learned so much about what yoga is really about, but most importantly, I learned about myself. I discovered a new world and learned new ways of being, surrounded by amazing teachers. I will always be grateful you crossed my path, thank you for all the love, Hali. Namaste from Yanou"
"One year ago today, I received my yoga certification 243 hours later over 16 days ... this moment has forever changed my life. I've found my passion and I can't wait to keep sharing it with the world 💕✨I am in such a different space mentally and spiritually than I was one year ago today. Forever grateful for my journey and change. Namaste from Nicole"

"With no desire to go to Costa Rica (for fear of being eaten by a snake) or interest in teaching yoga (I had a great job and didn't need or want another one), I ended up at MSYI's 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program in the jungle as a way to deepen my practice; an alternative to a yoga retreat; a yoga holiday. In just 16 days there was an enormous shift in my practice, my perspective, my life, my everything; a very humbling experience, which has only continued to flourish as I continue my yoga education with this exceptional school. If you have any desire to learn anything about yoga, or even anything about yourself, take one of Multi Style's programs. Authentic, inspiring, humbling, life-changing, incredible, eye-opening, loving ... just a few of the adjectives I can use to attempt to describe my experience. Do it now. Namaste from Brenna"
"My YTT has enabled me to change my life completely. I now have the tools to love myself again. Not only did I learn a lot about myself, but I learned alot about others and for the first time, I know how to be there for others without giving advice. I am forever changed and can't wait to learn more! Namaste from Robin"
"It's really hard to know where to begin when describing MYSI....I went to teacher training not wanting to be a teacher, but to further my practice. I had no idea what to expect. I was expecting asana practice. A lot of it. And with two hours of practice every day, I definitely got it. But there was SO much more. One thing Hali said that resonated with me the most was "Anyone can memorize a sequence. It's who you become along the way that people are going to be attracted to. It's your most authentic self that will draw people to you. Not only filling your classes, but filling your life". And that is where the journey began. What I learned about myself during my 200 hour teacher training completely turned my world around... I began to live outside my little bubble and started to see the bigger picture. I could not imagine completing another training outside of Multi Style. I cannot wait to begin the next phase of my continuous journey with MSYI... Whether you want to be a teacher, or not, I recommend this training more then I can put into words. Arrive fully, for yourself, with an open mind and an open heart, and I promise you will leave more whole then you ever thought possible. Namaste from Steph"

"I was guided from love and truth during my 200 Hour YTT. Since my program, I have learned so much about myself and how my way of being was radiating into my world! I'm leaving my pattern of procrastination behind and have moved into action! I have gratitude for MSYI. Namaste from Danna"
"My experience at yoga teacher training with Multi Style Yoga and Hali Love was simply incredible. By day 2 it was clear that this was something EVERYONE should experience. By day 16 my body, mind and spirit were so open, connected and so ready to keep learning. Hali created spaced for dialogue, new thoughts and change. I am a carpenter and never having the thought that I would teach yoga, I originally went to yoga teacher training for personal development. I had been witness to my wife’s transformation with Hali. So I had some idea of what to expect but my expectations were blown out of the water. Upon my return, still being a carpenter, I was awakened to a new passion of teaching and practicing yoga. I used to say to my wife that Namaste meant, “Nah I’ll stay, I’ll go to yoga next time”. Hali Love helped to inspire an awakening within. If you only one thing for yourself in this life, this should be it. Multi Style Yoga and Hali Love changed my life. Namaste from John"
"Updates and highlights (since my training in December 2013 ): ...I've been practicing a ton and while I actually feel like I'm *worse* at yoga, i believe it is due to being mentally tired from so much practice but more to being more aware of the finer points of postures. ie: what I used to think was a "great" warrior 1, I'm not working the whole time that I'm there to get lower, straighter, aligned, balanced, higher, tighter.... and so I get a lot more workout from my workout! ...I have taken an entirely open approach to interviewing: telling potential employers exactly what/when I want and they seem to respond well to it.i've also been able to touch base with my intuition regarding where I want to be and I'm comfortable with being here. that's not permanent, but it is present. Namaste from Steve"
"I strongly advocate for an immersive YTT experience. In a personal yoga practice (as with anything we do regularly), it’s natural to develop undesirable habits or get stuck in our own patterns over time; actually, it can happen on and off the yoga mat, in any area of life! I knew that in order to break through my own patterns, it would be highly beneficial for me to be removed from my usual setting and schedule. Being in a new place (especially one with a slower pace of life and surrounded by nature) also brought a heightened awareness and sense of presence I definitely would have missed out on if I’d been exposed to the distractions that come with habitual day-to-day life. I was able to dive deeper into the course curriculum and therefore got a lot more out of the experience.” Joanne Highland
“Part of my decision to take my immersion training in Playa Negra, Costa Rica for my first yoga teacher training was that I wanted to fully embody and experience what I was learning without the distractions of everyday life. I often create such a regimented little routine in my life I knew I needed to get away from it to really ‘dig in’. The cost was similar to taking a program at home, but this experience seemed like it would be more beneficial to my learning style and allow me to truly focus. I gained from it exactly what I expected and so much more. I had experiences and given tools that were so ingrained in me that I use them in what I do in my day to day life at home with everything from my relationships with my family and friends, to work, to teaching, to the daily choices I’m faced with. What we did was so impactful, I feel, in big part because it was so far away from the routine of my life that I could fully experience and express while I was in training. Many of my learnings have never left me! Even three and half years after the fact. I can honestly say that I found some of my closest friends through attending the immersion training in Costa Rica. I have two other gals from the training that live near me and I see regularly. They still hold me (and I them) accountable to our experience, to our goals and ourselves. One of those two even helped me find the job and position I’ve been in for the last three years that I love, enjoy and excel at. That never would have happened without this immersion training and I’m grateful every day for it." Shevonne Brodeur
