ABOUT THIS TRAINING
Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra are two complementary yoga modalities. This 50 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Continuing Education Program is for yoga teachers who wish to deepen their knowledge, self-practice, teaching skills and offerings , as well as for students looking too further connect to their body and deepen their knowledge. In this training you will experience the extreme healing benefits of Yin Yoga: Geared to open up deep tissue and release tension, stuck energy and stuck emotion. This style of yoga is based off of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Meridian Lines; and Yoga Nidra, "Sleep Yoga". Did you know that a 30-45 minute practice of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4-6 hours of non REM sleep?
Yoga Nidra combines the power of biofeedback, visualization, meditation and energetic healing. The extensive healing and therapeutic impact of Yoga Nidra has been widely accepted by health professionals and has been adopted in many hospital settings and integrative medical services across North America.

Hali and Rhoni have been students and teachers of yoga for over 20 years (not to date them ;) This dynamic duo divers high-quality training and trusted material. Both are counsellors, and offer yoga programs around the globe.
